Terms of Service - Interpreter Usage Agreement
What this is
Interpreter turns speech into text in real-time. You share your screen, we capture the audio, and you see the words as they're spoken. That's the service.
Pricing
Pay as you go and Subscription pricing:
- Packages start at $10 and use a fixed $0.45 hourly rate in either mode
- Subscription plans include hours that renew each billing period
- Current package and subscription details are shown on the pricing page
Trial time is used first, then Pay as you go hours, then Subscription hours. If you run out of available time mid-session, the session stops. Add hours in Billing, then start a new session. Unused Pay as you go hours don't expire.
Your account
Use real info when you sign up. Keep your password safe. One account per person. You need to be 18+.
Don't do this
- Anything illegal
- Try to break or reverse-engineer the system
- Share your sign-in credentials
- Run bots against the service
About accuracy
The transcription is AI-powered. It's good, but it's not perfect. You're the interpreter - use your judgment.
When things go wrong
Sometimes services have hiccups. We do our best, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. If something breaks, we'll fix it. We're not liable for errors in transcription, service interruptions, or things beyond our control.
If there's a dispute, the most we'd owe is what you paid us in the last 1 month.
Closing your account
You can delete your account anytime in settings. We can close accounts that break these rules. Either way, leftover purchased hours don't get refunded.
Changes
We might update these terms. If we do, we'll email you about anything major. Keep using the service after changes means you're okay with them.
